He serves on advisory boards for the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Speede Fitness, Grand Canyon University's Dean Honors College, and the Silent Responder Foundation, establishing himself as a visionary voice in healthcare accessibility.
Matt Willert brings over a decade of healthtech operations and international manufacturing expertise to his role as COO at Drive Health. He leads strategic planning, quality management, and operational scaling while ensuring regulatory compliance. His experience spans medical device manufacturing, supply chain optimization, and FDA compliance, including successful 510(k) submissions. Matt comes to Drive Health having held two prior vice president of operations roles, during which he established partnerships with leading medical device manufacturers and implemented robust quality management systems.
Dr. Leeza Constantoulakis is the Chief Nursing Officer at Drive Health, where she brings together clinical insight, policy expertise, and a deep commitment to improving health outcomes. With experience spanning bedside care, health policy, and federal consulting, she has worked with agencies and hospitals alike to drive meaningful change—from improving care quality to strengthening financial sustainability. She previously served as Chief of Staff for Deloitte’s Physician, Clinician & Scientist Community and led healthcare transformation projects within the federal health sector. As a practicing nurse, she worked in a variety of settings including, primary care, urgent care, neurosurgery, and disaster response. Dr. C holds a PhD from the University of Virginia School of Nursing and is a strong advocate for designing healthcare solutions that work for both providers and patients.
Jim Stringham is Chief Strategy Officer at Drive Health, leading healthcare innovation and strategic growth. He is responsible for shaping the company’s long-term vision and expanding its presence in public sector programs such as Medicaid and Medicare. With 30 years in healthcare, he’s a recognized thought leader in government health plans, policy advocacy, and industry partnerships. Previously, he served as VP/CEO of Banner Government Health Plans, overseeing 300,000+ members across Arizona, and as Senior VP at Magellan Healthcare, managing national public sector contracts and M&A activities. His expertise spans clinical work, operations, financial oversight, and network optimization. Jim holds a master’s in counseling and serves on multiple boards providing strategic advisement to healthcare organizations nationwide.
Dr. Matthew G. Crowson is a dual board-certified physician and informaticist, whose unique blend of clinical credibility and technical expertise makes him a leading voice in medical AI. As Drive Health CMO, he guides clinical strategy by leading AI governance and workflow validation to accelerate the safe, evidence-based use of AI in healthcare. Dr. Crowson has a track record of translating cutting-edge AI into real-world clinical impact. His academic pedigree spans medicine, engineering, and public policy, with degrees from Dartmouth College, Harvard Medical School, and the University of Toronto. He previously served as Director of AI Product Management at Wolters Kluwer Health and as a Healthcare AI Leader at Deloitte. He is also a part-time Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School and a practicing otolaryngology-head and neck surgeon at Mass Eye and Ear.
