Kevin Longoria is a healthcare technology leader dedicated to making healthcare accessible through innovative solutions. As CEO of Drive Health, he develops AI-powered technologies to bridge critical care delivery gaps. His career began with optimizing human performance as a principal physiologist for UFC world champions and conducting clinical trials for the National Institutes of Health. Kevin’s expertise combines clinical physiology and data science, focusing on addressing healthcare disparities. He serves on advisory boards for the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Speede Fitness, Grand Canyon University’s Dean Honors College, and the Silent Responder Foundation, establishing himself as a visionary voice in healthcare accessibility.

Matt Willert
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER, CO-FOUNDER
Matt Willert brings over a decade of healthtech operations and international manufacturing expertise to his role as COO at Drive Health. He leads strategic planning, quality management, and operational scaling while ensuring regulatory compliance. His experience spans medical device manufacturing, supply chain optimization, and FDA compliance, including successful 510(k) submissions. Matt comes to Drive Health having held two prior vice president of operations roles, during which he established partnerships with leading medical device manufacturers and implemented robust quality management systems.

James (Jim) Stringham
CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER
Jim Stringham is Chief Strategy Officer at Drive Health, leading healthcare innovation and strategic growth. He is responsible for shaping the company’s long-term vision and expanding its presence in public sector programs such as Medicaid and Medicare. With 30 years in healthcare, he’s a recognized thought leader in government health plans, policy advocacy, and industry partnerships. Previously, he served as VP/CEO of Banner Government Health Plans, overseeing 300,000+ members across Arizona, and as Senior VP at Magellan Healthcare, managing national public sector contracts and M&A activities. His expertise spans clinical work, operations, financial oversight, and network optimization. Jim holds a master’s in counseling and serves on multiple boards providing strategic advisement to healthcare organizations nationwide.

Alexander Sicular

Alexander Sicular joins Drive Health as Chief Innovation Officer. A thought leader in healthcare informatics, he champions AI and data integration, transforming healthcare through innovative technology solutions. As Healthcare and Life Sciences Industry Executive at Google Public Sector, he became the foremost industry expert managing relationships with healthcare entities across US government, academic medical centers, and statewide medical networks. Previously, he led Google Cloud Healthcare and Life Sciences’s Digital Pathology team, developed state-of-the-art N-tier applications for clinical and administrative systems at Columbia University Medical Center and led digital transformation projects at Big Data startups.

As Chief Medical Officer of Drive Health, he combines clinical expertise with a successful healthcare venture track record. A University of Michigan Medical School graduate, Dr. Baker brings thousands of clinical hours to his role. His unique perspective bridges clinical practice, healthcare technology, and systemic change. Previously, he served as Medical Director at Equality Health and co-founded a successful telemedicine company. An active member of several professional organizations, Dr. Baker is committed to advancing healthcare equity and community leadership.

Raj Khandelwal

Raj Khandelwal, Drive Health’s Chief Technology Officer, brings 30+ years of technology leadership experience and expertise in software engineering, IoT, manufacturing automation, supply chain, and enterprise systems. Most recently, Khandelwal led Intel Corporation’s Edge Solutions/IoT Group as Principal Engineer, previously functioning as Principal Engineer for its Retail Division/IoT Group, IT Enterprise Software, and Supply Chain Design divisions. Khandelwal excels in customer engagement, product development, and technical innovation across cloud architectures, containerization, edge computing, and analytics. A recognized thought leader in high-tech innovation, he delivers operational excellence through ground-up engineering. Passionate about revolutionizing patient care management, Khandelwal holds a Master’s in Computer Science from Arizona State University.
